Meet the Staff
 Bob Russell
Bob is the Fiscal Intake Coordinator for the Financial Management Services Department at CILNCP.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University with a major in sociology and has been waiting for an opportunity to serve with an organization like the Center for Independent Living for a long time.
His background includes insurance underwriter, manufacturing scheduling and sales, but the satisfaction of truly helping others was never there. He can’t wait to get up to speed in his new responsibilities and help others.
As a person with a visual disability, he was helped many years ago by someone and now would like to return the favor.
