Meet the Staff
 Cynthia Casale
Cynthia (Cindy) is the Advocacy Service Coordinator for the Center for Independent Living of Northcentral PA. Cindy has been associated with CIL since it first opened in 1995. She works in the advocacy department and her favorite part of the job is working with the legislators to enforce or rewrite laws. Cindy’s says, “I cannot be the only person with a disability that the legislators hear from. It takes all persons with disabilities to come together to make change. So, don’t be afraid to contact your legislators to make your voice heard. They are there to protect your rights.”
