Meet the Staff
 Nicole Collister
Nicole Collister is currently the Attendant Care Service Coordinator for CILNCP. Nicole graduated from Muncy High School, and then graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in Human Services in 2003. She previously worked for Community Services Group, as a Residential Assistant working with consumers in-group home facilities. She also worked at Suncom Industries, Inc., in Northumberland, PA, as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for three years.
On the personal side, Nicole has a cat, a husband, and two children. She enjoys reading, going to the mall, watching television, and surfing the Internet in her spare time. Nicole also loves to spend time outdoors during the warm months. Fall is her favorite time of the year.
Nicole understands the struggle that those with disabilities face as she is the Legal Guardian for her brother who has struggled to gain and achieve an independent way of life. She has tried to help him achieve these goals and will continue to work to help those who have disabilities to achieve the dreams and goals of an independent living philosophy. Nicole's philosophy is, “As long as you believe, anything can happen."
