Meet the Staff
 Dusty Holt
Dusty is a Waiver Coordinator in the Home and Community Base Services Department for CILNCP. She has an associate degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Pennsylvania State University.
Dusty has been employed by Goodwill Industries and assisted individual with disabilities in locating employment and job training. Dusty also has a background in child welfare and has been employed with Clearfield County Children, Youth and Family Services where she became a Certified Child Welfare Direct Service Worker. Dusty came to us from Ashler Manor where she was employed as a case manager.
On a personal note, Dusty can be found most weekends with her family either at her home or at any sporting event that her son may be participating in. In addition, she enjoys traveling, visiting her brother in New York City, camping and hiking in the summer months.
