The CILNCP Mission
The mission of the Center for Independent Living of North Central Pennsylvania (CILNCP) is to advance the rights of persons with disabilities through the elimination of barriers that people with disabilities experience. Community participation is an integral part of the Center for Independent Living of North Central Pennsylvania's activities.
The Center for Independent Living of North Central PA (CILNCP) is a non-residential organization that exists to serve and assist individuals with disabilities. Service and assistance takes the form of protecting and enhancing the rights of people with disabilities and to ensure their participation in society to the fullest extent.

Counties CILNCP serves are Bradford, Cameron, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Columbia, Elk, Jefferson, Lycoming, McKean, Montour, Nothumberland, Potter, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, and Union.
