Rose Kelly
Rose is is the Receptionist for CILNCP. She also currently serves as a volunteer for the IM4Q Program.
Rose is a native of Brooklyn, New York and has resided in the Williamsport area for 17 years. She attended 2 years of schooling at the College of New Rochelle in Brooklyn, New York. Rose has various education and work experience in early childhood education and social services.
Being a person with a disability herself, Rose understands the philosophy of Independent Living and what people with disabilities experience.
