Meet the Staff
Beth Libby
Beth is the Independent Monitoring for Quality (IM4Q)- Service Coordinator for CIL. She conducts interviews with people who receive mental retardation services and supports that live in CMSU (Columbia, Montour, Snyder and Union Counties). This process includes obtaining input from the consumer regarding his/her satisfaction in relation to the services they receive. Family member input is also gathered during the interviewing process. Beth also conducts interviews with people who currently reside at Selinsgrove Center.
Beth has an extensive background working with and caring for people who have various disabilities. Prior to her employment at the Center For Independent Living, Beth attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology. She also supervised three group homes operated by Community Services Group in Abingdon, Maryland. Following her return back to Pennsylvania, Beth was employed at Kramm’s Healthcare for four years. She then gained employment at the Mental Health Association of the Central Susquehanna Valley for eight years.
On the personal side, Beth has four children, a grandson and her little dog, Buster. She enjoys spending time on photography, scrapbooking and listening to music. Beth also enjoys walking and going to places where she can hike on trails.
