Meet the Staff
Deb Milheim
Deb Milheim is currently a Service Coordinator for the Independent Monitoring for Quality (IM4Q) Program and Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team (CFST). Deb’s job includes interviewing people who receive Mental Retardation services and supports. She also conducts interviews with people who also receive Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services under Behavioral Health Choices. The interviews are conducted to ensure people are satisfied with their services they receive. Deb has a valued interest in working with people with disabilities because she has a nephew who is diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome. She has devoted a lot of her spare time helping her sister care for her nephew.
Deb attended Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport PA pursuing a degree in Surgical Technology. While attending college Deb was employed by the Mental Health Association of the Central Susquehanna Valley. Prior to her employment at CILNCP, Deb was employed at SUNCOM Industries in Bloomsburg for one year. During her employment at SUNCOM, Deb worked directly with people who have cognitive disabilities.
On a lighter side, Deb enjoys watching Penn State football and Nascar races. She also enjoys participating in Karaoke. Deb is a parent of one son, Aaron. She is also a proud grandmother of two grandsons; Kaden and Cameron and is anxiously awaiting the arrival of two additional twin grandchildren Reese and Regan.
