Carla Mitcheltree
Carla Mitcheltree started working at the CIL in May 2005. Her role at the CIL is the I&R Case Manager. Carla also coordinates the Housing Action Alliance for Clinton and Lycoming Counties. This entails maintaining housing and resource information, including housing programs, home modification, and Waiver programs.
This information is maintained to assist persons with disabilities in finding adequate housing and provide them with best quality of life possible. In addition technical assistance, coordination, outreach, education and training are offered to groups and agencies to assist them in identifying housing resources in their region; develop relationships; provide resource information; and develop collaborative efforts for increased housing and services for those we serve. An effort is made to increase awareness and understanding about the housing needs of people with disabilities throughout the Region.
