Employment Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Associate’s Degree in a field of study relevant to the provision of Independent Living Services

  • 1-2 years of experience in the direct delivery of human services.

  • Familiarity with adaptive technology.

  • Proficiency in computer software.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Verbal and written fluency in English.

  • Team-oriented with proven related experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently when necessary.

  • Ability to travel, as needed.

  • Personal experience in independent living and/or working with persons with disabilities may compensate for some qualifications.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of study relevant to the provision of Independent Living Services or at least three years of experience in the direct delivery of human services.

  • 3-4 years of experience in the direct delivery of human services.

  • Personal experience in independent living and/or working with persons with disabilities.
