Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in a field of study relevant to the provision of Independent Living Services

1-2 years of experience in the direct delivery of human services.

Familiarity with adaptive technology.

Proficiency in computer software.

Excellent communication skills.

Verbal and written fluency in English.

Team-oriented with proven related experience.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently when necessary.

Ability to travel, as needed.

Personal experience in independent living and/or working with persons with disabilities may compensate for some qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in the field of study relevant to the provision of Independent Living Services or at least three years of experience in the direct delivery of human services.

3-4 years of experience in the direct delivery of human services.

Personal experience in independent living and/or working with persons with disabilities.
