QUALITY COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

 

LOCATION: Williamsport, PA TYPE: Full-time

SUMMARY

The primary purpose of the position of the Quality Compliance Coordinator (QCC) is to develop, implement and maintain all quality enhancement systems for the Center for Independent Living of North Central Pennsylvania (CILNCP). Assist in all areas of the CILNCP Fiscal Department, including, but not limited to, billing for the Autism Waiver, the OLTL and Aging Waivers, and Nursing Home Transition, auditing billable units, reconciliations, filing and mailings. The position is responsible for working collaboratively with all program managers to ensure regulatory compliance and the integrity of program policies, case files, support plans and related documentation. The QCC is also responsible for coordinating the flow of information across departments.

 

The Quality Management staff is also responsible for working collaboratively with other members of the Programs & Services Leadership Team to establish general guidelines and policies so as to promote decision making based on the needs of consumers’ ‑‑ both individually and as a whole.

IN-HOME CARE ATTENDANT

 

LOCATION: Williamsport, PA TYPE: Part-time

SUMMARY

Roads to Freedom provides the safety and security needed to stay at home or return home to an independent lifestyle. The goal of an attendant is to maintain an individual's independence at home and in the community while following their Person-Centered Service Plan.

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION SUPPORTS (CPS)

 

LOCATION: Williamsport, PA TYPE: Part-time

SUMMARY

The Community Participation Support Staff is responsible for providing support to consumers within the community by building consumer’s interests in skill development and potential for employment.  Our consumers may have an intellectual or developmental disability or autism and staff may work with more than one consumer either independently, or in small groups of 2 or more.  Staff will support consumers in participation in integrated settings of community life, secondary to employment as a primary goal.  Staff are an important component of our consumer’s life therefore may be required to provide some assistance with personal care, and transportation to and from activities and/or any employment related supports.
