Billing Coordinator

LOCATION: Williamsport, PA TYPE: Full-time


The primary purpose of the position of the Billing Coordinator will be to complete the billing of the Long Term Supports and Services (LTSS) and the Adult Autism Waiver Services using the statewide billing system, PROMISe, and the Nursing Home Transition (NHT) billing via the Managed Care Organizations (MCO’s). The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for auditing billable units, reconciliations, filing, and mailings, as well as other administrative operations of the CILNCP.



LOCATION: Muncy/Hughesville, PA areas TYPE: Part-time


The Community Participation Support Staff is responsible for providing support to consumers within the community by building consumers’ interests in skill development and potential for employment.  Our consumers may have an intellectual or developmental disability or autism and staff may work with more than one consumer either independently, or in small groups of 2 or more.  Staff will support consumers in participation in integrated settings of community life, secondary to employment as a primary goal.  Staff are an important component of our consumer’s life, therefore, may be required to provide some assistance with personal care, and transportation to and from activities and/or any employment-related supports.

The primary purpose of the position of the Nursing Home Transitioning Coordinator is to provide assistance with the goals and objectives of the various programs within the CILNCP Nursing Home Transition Program, ensuring that the program operations are in compliance with the regulations set forth by the funding source.

The Nursing Home Transitioning Coordinator is responsible for helping in identifying consumers who wish to transition from nursing homes to community settings in conjunction with the NHT Manager, peer consultants, Area Office of Aging staff, and nursing facility staff. The Nursing Home Transitioning Coordinator is also responsible for assisting in completing all documentation related to the program is completed and entered into their respective databases, and provided to all appropriate parties.
