Representatives from PA State Rep. Jeff C. Wheeland's office will be here on Thursday March 18, 2021 from 9-11am to help individuals needing assistance filling out their PROPERTY TAX & RENT REBATE forms.

Please be sure to have all of the necessary documents with you when you come: - Social Security Statement for 2020 - First-time filers and on disability - initial award letter stating the date you were deemed disabled - Widow/widower and first-time filers - death certificate for spouse - Homeowners - all paid property tax receipts for 2020 - Employed during 2020 - all W-2’s for 2020 (Paystub is not sufficient) - All 1099’s for 2020 received for Pension, IRA, Interest, Dividends, etc. (year-end statement) - Photo ID or Birth Certificate - Bank account number AND routing number (if you would like direct deposit)

Individuals will be served on a first come, first serve basis.
