To see if you would like to receive services for non-medical in-home care you; your Power of Attorney, Legal Guardian or Care Manager can call our office to schedule an intake assessment with our trained staff. If you are currently receiving waiver services and have a Person-Centered Plan already in place we would be happy to meet with you and discuss our services further.

If you are currently not receiving waiver services and would like to see if you qualify please start by contacting the Independent Enrollment Broker for Pennsylvania. They will meet with you and assess you for waiver services.
