Life Skills Training refers to a wide range of skills needed to live independently and to manage one’s own life while living with a disability.

This can include, but is not limited to:

  • Self-care

  • Education

  • Homemaking

  • Self-advocating

  • Health Literacy

  • Communication

  • Socialization
